National Fitness Day energised us with a group workout, while our Summer Social offered the chance to connect and celebrate as a team. By coming together, we strengthen our team’s resilience and ensure we’re equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents and communities.
This year, we’ve prioritised health, wellbeing, and team morale through a range of activities designed to bring us together. Our yearly Moda Wellbeing Day is our way of focusing on health, wellbeing, and team spirit through a mix of activities designed to energise and inspire. From fitness sessions to mindfulness breaks, it’s about taking a day to invest in ourselves together. VOLUNTEERING We offer all team members a Volunteering Day, where they are paid to spend time in our communities working with local charities or schools. This is written into their personal performance review to take the stigma and pressure out of taking the day away from work to volunteer.
