2024 GRESB ASSESSMENT KEY HIGHLIGHTS
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an independent and global organisation that provides validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers in real estate and infrastructure. This year saw Moda secure GRESB Green Star status after demonstrating market-leading ESG performances throughout the Group.
Moda adheres to an expansive range of policies and procedures to ensure we operate fairly, effectively and successfully. This is not done purely as a compliance requirement, but to ensure our team have clear guidance and can face potential challenges confidently.

ESG WORKING GROUP Our Working Group oversees all aspects of ESG at Moda, with representatives from different functions across the business. The Group meets on a monthly basis and has formed sub working groups to focus on specific issues and actions. PROCUREMENT Moda is proud to work with a wide and diverse group of suppliers and partner organisations that operate in line with our ESG goals and strategy. Our Sustainable Procurement Policy provides a foundation for both new and old suppliers to ensure business partners are aligned with Moda policies and procedures.

Additionally, Moda has further invested into the operations teams through Health and Safety training, ensuring relevant employees receive BMAT (Building Management Awareness Training), BSA (Building Safety Act) Training, Fire and Fire Door Training.
