What a brilliant year of all things ESG at Moda! We launched our Social Value Strategy, portal and app covering all of our neighbourhoods from development right through to operations allowing us to have transparent data of our economic, social and environmental impact across the group. Additionally, we received a Gresb certification across the group to be
truly proud of, successfully launched our mentoring programme to encourage more women into the construction industry, launched our Net Zero Carbon roadmap in operations while ensuring we are closing in on targets for development and, importantly, remain focussed on achieving our Next Generation Future goals and commitments in our final year of the current strategy. Off the back of this, we have spent this past year focussing on reducing our embodied and operational carbon levels, hiring locally, offering skills, training and real career opportunities while promoting physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing for both our residents and our team. None of this would be possible without our exceptional team and engaged stakeholders for the vital role they play in supporting our ESG agenda - a big thank you for the collective expertise, commitment and passion you add to this journey. Looking forward to 2025, I am confident that Moda will achieve its constantly evolving and ambitious ESG commitments while continuously doing more to support a more sustainable and resilient society.”
