A university degree or equivalent and possess a relevant chartered qualification in architecture, engineering, planning or surveying.
Have extensive relevant estates management experience at a senior level in a complex private sector firm or significant public sector organisation. High level experience of service partnerships and modern approaches to service delivery. Management experience of staff and budgets on a substantial scale.

A proven track record which includes a substantial wide- ranging experience at a senior level in the leadership and management of people, teams and resources. A sound understanding the impact of equal opportunities and disability legislation.
