Many production lines use mechanical grippers to load and unload baking trays and bread tins from conveyors. This is time consuming and results in wear to the trays. Our magnetic tray handling systems can speed up this process and minimise tray damage, saving you both time and money. Our automated handling system picks up trays from storage and deposits them onto the production line. When the trays are no longer required, they are returned to storage and the next tray type is brought to the production line. The beams can handle singular tins, right up to 16 straps at the same time, making this system ideal for every size of business. Our magnetic bread tin beam systems are commonly used with bread tins, muffin tins and many other types of baking tray. Magnetic Palletising and De-Palletising Systems Cut your production time and optimise efficiency with our magnetic palletising / depalletising systems.
Manual unloading of tins, cans, jars and other metal packaging can be a time-consuming process. Our magnetic handling systems can automate and speed up this process, maximising your productivity.
A power supply is not required as the system uses pneumatics to switch the magnet on and off. This means that the system is fail safe – if the pneumatic system fails, the magnet will not drop the product. Even with an uneven load, such as lifting half a layer of products, the magnetic palletiser / depalletiser is safe, secure and effective. The magnetic palletiser / depalletiser system quickly, safely and effectively removes metallic packaging from its pallet, before placing it onto your production line. This equipment has been designed to speed up the production and packaging process, increasing flexibility and efficiency.
