Journal: What would you say is your greatest chal- lenge in this profession?
KJ: Desiring to have more time to improve upon the plan that has been designed. In this industry and this profession, there is always the tendency to make the event that much better right up to the last minute. There are inherent changes leading up to an event; however, as a meeting planner, you want to do everything you can to make the event the best it can possibly be. Journal: What can the membership expect from this GCM that is different than previous GCMs or do you specifically strive for parity?
