trying to think about from each of those impact areas and saying that this is where the needle was moved because of the support of the United Way and those contributors' or donors' impact.
Reggie Hammond: Okay.
Mary Bickerstaff: And I'm asking a question here more than making a statement, but aren't the different agencies required to do that reporting and turn it in for funding? Matt Atkins: They are. We do monitor the outcomes and the impacts that they have. We actually have implemented with the help of Babacar, and I've forgotten his last name, and he's moved on.
Rachelle K. Scott: Heather.
Matt Atkins: Yes. He was at P&G. So some software tools and solutions to help us monitor and measure performance outcomes based on stated objectives. Another area as Rachelle was talking that kind of made me think of, maybe we could do a better job of tying this in, but we've talked about demonstrating the impact that your dollars can have. So, what does a $5 a week paycheck contribution mean? What does $20 a week mean? What will that money support? To show people that, yeah, even the small dollars do make a difference in our community. Again, they may be very meaningful to the families, those small dollars, as we might think of them, but again, they do make a difference. And so, we thought about showing that, but now, with these ideas, it makes me think, well, not only should we say, well, $20 a paycheck is able to buy this for the community, but also measure and say, last year we did this many of whatever the performance measure is. And so, marrying those together I think would be wise. Reggie Hammond: Okay. Okay. That was all very helpful. Thank you so much for your time. Is there any parting thought or any other thing that you would like to provide feedback on United Way that might be helpful for them constructing their plan next year that I didn't come up with some convoluted question to try to get you to answer? Matt Atkins: I mean, I think it's just about staying nimble. We're in a period of time, perhaps more than ever that things are just constantly evolving. We never know what tomorrow's bringing for us, and so, being able to stay nimble and not be so rigid in our plans that we can react to the needs of the community. When great partners like Mary are saying, "Hey, I've got needs for people to volunteer," we want to know about that. We want to know what the needs in the community are, whether that's somebody needs to provide some funding for something, and we can figure out how to be the coordinator for that, or at least connect them with the right resources, even if it has nothing to do with us other than passing along a name. I think that would be great, is just to be that recognized resource in the community for whatever the need may be.
