The company will use 271 Circle Drive North to serve its regional retail stores. Rutgers Industrial Center sits in the heart of Middlesex County, easily accessible to I-287 and just five miles from Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City and New Jersey seaports all are nearby. “271 Circle Drive North’s prime location, providing access to a superior region- al transportation network, made it particularly attrac- tive to this tenant,” said Carson.
