voca, PA — Penn’s Northeast (PNE) , a regional economic de- velopment agency submitted six sites throughout Northeast- ern PA, in response to Ama- zon’s H2Q RFP. In addition to sending the response, PNE worked with area colleges and universities, as well as local businesses to develop a creative way to deliver the response. The goal of responding to Amazon is to let companies across the globe know that Northeastern PA is open for business and has many re- gional assets to offer. The six locations include Glenmaura Corporate Cen- ter in Lackawanna County, Arcadia North Business Park in Monroe County, Highridge Business Park in Schuylkill County and CANDO Corporate Center Phase II, Earth Conser- vancy and the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton International Airport, all in Luzerne County. PNE worked with students from the Allan P. Kirby Center at Wilkes University as well as employees from Keystone Automation to come up with a creative response. A large metal container was fabricated

Tiche also presided over a three-year renewal transac- tion with ChemDAQ Inc., a designer, manufacturer and seller of fixed gas detec- tion systems.Since 2011, the company has been a tenant ofCRBCBuilding300,where it occupies 6,000 s/f of office/ flex space. ChemDAQ Inc.CFOKevin Vaughn found the negotia- tion process to be a pain- less and efficient one, stating that “[Lisa and David] were both very accommodating, professional and gracious throughout the process.Most importantly,theyrepresented Massaro Properties with in- tegrity.Icouldnothaveasked formore.” In response to this recent activity, Massaro said, “It’s always an exciting opportu- nity towelcome a new lessee like 180MedicalSupply, and we look forward to building a lasting relationship with themaswehavewithTRANE, ChemDAQandallofourother long-term tenants.” “CRBC has always main- tainedahigh occupancy level due to itsconvenient location, and the building amenities and customer service our tenants have come to expect and appreciate,” Massaro continued. “Due to itssuccess, we have developed another 22,000s/fbuilding in thecom- plex.
