These transactions include the following: • 10,000 s/f of flex space to Telcom Construction at 1260 Mermaid Ln., Wyndmoor • 3,200 s/f of warehouse space to Onsite HVAC at 3344 Mar- ket St., Upper Chichester • 2,300 s/f of flex space to RAKE Baseball Academy at 1615 Bustleton Pike, Trevose, • 1,120 s/f of office space at 480 State Road, Bensalem and • 950 s/f of office space to Haynne Law Firm at 984 Bris- tol Pike, Bensalem Sternberg represented the tenant, Onsite HVAC, in its lease transaction; while he rep- resented the building owners in the other transactions.
