Demolition crews will dis- mantle the vacant 1.8 million s/f, 30+ year-old Solo Cup fac- tory. After completing demolition, Greenberg Gibbons and Van- guard plan to start construc- tion on the new project in fall 2014. Foundry Row is planned to open in late 2015. “Demolishing the old Solo Cup factory to create a vibrant new gateway to Owings Mills is what the community wants

and we are excited to make it happen,” said Brian Gib- bons , chairman and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons. “Foundry Row will help revitalize the area and be a magnet for great customers and new quality retailers.” At the event, Gibbons gave special recognition to 10 dif- ferent community groups that have supported the project since its inception. Foundry Row will feature 365,000 s/f of retail space and in- clude a national fitness anchor, a sporting goods anchor, upscale shops and restaurants. n
