Ethosource, LLC, based in Morgantown, PA, is a leading provider of new and used of- fice furniture and specializes in the liquidation of all brands of office furniture. Ethosource offers refurburbished cubicles, executive offices, seating and other products to create an upscale office environment at Hollister completes renovationof150,000 s/f industrial facility in Bayonne, NJ Bayonne, NJ — Hollis- ter Construction Services (Hollister) completed the renovation of a 150,000 s/f industrial facility owned by CenterPoint Properties . Star Snacks Co., a snack nut products manufacturer and distributor based in Jersey City will relocate its distribu- tion facilities to the renovated warehouse, located at 30 Pu- laski St. in Bayonne. As part of the renovation, Hollister installed new bath- rooms, HVAC unit heaters, electric systems and lighting fixtures. The company also painted the facility’s walls, decking and columns; installed overhead door packages with new motorized doors, seals and bumpers; and designed and engineered industrial- grade utility and equipment guard rails for the building. Concrete masonry unit walls were opened and steel lin- tels and jams were installed for new openings. Cortland Morgan Architects were the architects. “Hollister’s comprehensive renovation transformed an outdated, inefficient building into a state-of-the-art distri- bution center,” said Kieran Flanagan , president of Hol- lister. n
