Cherry Hill Martial Arts is relocating to Marlton Square Shopping Center from a near- by location. Located at 701 Route 70 at the intersection of Cropwell Road, Marlton Square Shop- ping Center is a 40,000 s/f multi-tenant retail plaza an- chored by Staples. Cherry Hill Martial Arts will be joining a barber shop and a gift shop in the plaza. The plaza is ad- jacent to a newly constructed Aldi’s, as well as a 7-11 and Valero gas station. The plaza is currently 79 percent leased. n CBRE b r o k e r s lease of Bynum Brothers Restau- rant On Nor th Broad St. Corridor PHILADELPHIA, PA — CBRE has brokered the lease of a new restaurant in the revitalized North Broad Street Corridor. Robert and Benjamin Bynum will create a modern take on southern cooking with a focus on fresh ingredients and elegant pre- sentations, occupying a 6,200 s/f restaurant space at 600 N. Broad St., the site formerly occupied by Route 6. CBRE’s Dominique Casimir repre- sented the tenant. The new restaurant’s name has not yet been decided. “The addition of a restau- rateur of the Bynums’ caliber is a significant win for this exciting redevelopment of this up-and-coming section of Philadelphia.
