Even 5 minutes can help recharge your batteries. 🎶 Feel-good moments Play your favourite upbeat song in the car or take a moment to enjoy the sunshine on your break. Small joys = big boosts. 🧊 Cooling tricks Keep a mini cooling spray or damp flannel in your bag for an instant cool- down. Or run your wrists under cold water for 30 seconds—it really works!
