We have had some really great feedback on the merging of our services. We have heard from our Live In Carers that they feel more included and part of a team now they are affiliated to a branch whilst working. Carer Services and the branch teams work very closely together, and we continue to build on this foundation for the best outcomes for our customers and also our carer workforce. Please remember if you cannot get hold of your branch you can always call Carer Services for support. Important number: 01789 767534. Carer services work 7 days a week from 08:30 – 17:30 and out of hours pick up all calls after this time.
