The Wigston branch recently held their team meeting with the full team to share ideas, celebrate and discuss how we can make a better customer experience.

Emma Pearson, CEO, recently visited the Wokingham branch to spend the day with the team and hear firsthand about their customers, ways of working, and team dynamics. During her visit, the team proudly shared a lovely tradition, they ring a bell to celebrate their successes.

Knaresborough Branch Out in the Community The Knaresborough branch team recently spent the day at Knaresborough Market, right in the heart of the community. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local residents, hand out leaflets, and raise awareness about the support we provide from home help to companionship. The team had some wonderful conversations and met many friendly faces. We’re proud to be part of such a vibrant community and to share how we’re here to lend a helping hand to those who need it most.

Fakenham Branch Manager, Sharon had the pleasure of attending the 40th anniversary celebration at Heritage House, our much- loved local day centre in Fakenham.
