What’s a typical day look like for you as a new branch BCM? I prioritise my daily tasks and simply get on with it. Each day is varied and that is what I love the most about my role.
Natalie Smith – BCM Rochdale What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a new branch BCM? Go for it! It is an amazing opportunity to provide exceptional care to the customers and to guide and mentor new carers.
