The University of Indianapolis proudly launched the inaugural Women’s Executive Leadership Institute, an ambitious and transformative initiative designed to equip women with the skills, networks, and insights necessary to break barriers and lead with confidence. The 10-month program, launched this spring, is both a commitment to professional development and a catalyst for broader societal change in Indianapolis’s strong business community, ensuring that the next generation of women leaders has the tools to thrive in executive roles. “Significant progress has been made in advancing women to leadership positions across this city,” said President Dr. Tanuja Singh. “However, true equity cannot be achieved unless there are sustainable support systems in place. The Women’s Executive Leadership Institute will go beyond individual
