Using this Document This document provides an optional template to prepare a HV Operations Personal Experience Logbook for the recording of supervised workplace experience in HV Operations, on the progression pathway to authorisation following completion of GWO HV Operations training. The elements may require modification of the content to align to company or regional specific requirements. Recording of Relevant Experience The person under development shall record in the log all relevant workplace experience in HV work activities carried out under supervision and appended to the log should be: • Switching Schedule for the system operations • Copies of Safety Documents prepared following the establishment of HV safety precautions
