All pictures will be judged by impartial friends (most likely my old crew from New York). All decisions are final. If you entered in the past but didn’t win, try again. Do you have the cutest kids or grandkids in Estrella? It’s time to get your cameras out and start snapping! We are looking for Estrella’s cutest kids, funniest kids and just plain adorable kids. Send in your picture (preferably high resolution and vertical so it will print nicely) and you could win a family 4 pack of tickets to the Wildlife World Zoo, and have the picture on a future cover of Up The Hill Magazine! Entries must be received by February 12th, please include your contact information so we can get in touch with you if you win.
