• 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice • Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta with a grown-up’s help, then drain and let it cool completely. 2. Combine the pasta, tomatoes, corn, cucumber and cheese in a large bowl. 3. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice together, then pour over the salad and stir. 4. Season with a little salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate until lunchtime. Tip: This tastes even better the next day, so try making it the night before!
