The steel- framed, five-story building will introduce 60 spacious, upscale condominiums to what Realtor.com just called “America’s hottest ZIP code.” Each one- and two-bedroom residence will feature upgraded finishes, open-concept layouts, private outdoor space, and easy access to the numerous lifestyle amenities throughout Cummings Center and downtown Beverly. Occupancy is an- ticipated in late Q1 2026. What are you most excited about for the future of your sector? It is inspiring to work in a sector that is constantly evolving, and I find it deeply rewarding to be part of an organization so well equipped to meet shifting demand. What trends or shifts do you see shaping your industry this fall and into 2026? We are seeing strong momentum in medical and “medical-adjacent” space uses – counseling, behavioral health, physical therapy, and early intervention services – as care models expand beyond traditional set- tings. The tenant pool continues to grow, with adaptable, well-designed spaces performing best amid shifting needs. Demand remains high for flex space, and there is some under - lying activity bubbling in the long-quiet lab market (indicating a stronger 2026).
