Barre Fitness

Barre class fuses the precision of ballet with the core- strengthening benefits of Pilates. This high-energy, low- impact workout targets key muscle groups to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. Ideal for all fitness levels, the class uses the barre (a sturdy handrail) and other equipment to perform small, controlled movements that help define and sculpt the body. Monday/Wednesday/ Friday 8:30 a.m. Jan 6th-31st | February & March TBD $60 member / $75 non-member for Mon or Wed or Fri session per month

Using the Magic Circle, this dynamic class blends traditional Pilates movements with the added resistance and balance challenges of the Pilates ring. Perfect for sculpting core strength, improving posture, and toning the entire body, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Feel empowered as you build stability, flexibility, and endurance in every session. Inner Peace Yin Yoga Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network, and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space. The benefits of a regular YIN practice include increased circulation, improved flexibility, improved joint mobility, released and hydrated fascia, reduced stress, anxiety and a calming and balancing of the mind and body. Foam Roller Recovery is a restorative class focused on using foam rollers to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall recovery. Participants will learn techniques to perform self-myofascial release, a method that helps alleviate muscle soreness and tightness. This class is ideal for those looking to complement their workout routine with effective recovery strategies and improve their overall mobility and well-being. *Participants must Bring their own Foam Roller*
