Get ready to have fun and get fit! This high-energy Kids Tabata class is designed to keep kids moving while building strength, endurance, and coordination. Using the popular Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, children will engage in a variety of exercises like jumping jacks, squats, planks, and more. This class incorporates music, games, and playful challenges to make fitness fun and accessible for all skill levels. It’s a fantastic way for kids to burn off energy, learn new exercises, and develop a love for staying active!

In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes) to target the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) rather than focusing on the muscles.
