These monthly free blood pressure checks are a great opportunity for community members to stay proactive about their health. Monitoring blood pressure is crucial in preventing potential health issues, and this complimentary service ensures everyone has access to this important wellness check. Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Sanibel Recreation Center on the following dates: January 4th February 17th March 17th
MARTIAL ARTS Are you interested in learning Martial Arts? Martial Arts helps practice balance, build structure, and boost confidence. Register today for group lessons with Sensei Gary Thomas, available to all ages. Lessons are held for 12 and under on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. as well as Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. 13+ Martial Arts are held on Tuesday and Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. as well as Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. Lessons are paid monthly at a rate of $100 member and $125 non-member. Families with more than 3 people participating in martial arts will be charged $250 for the whole family.
