Licensed tobacco dealers are responsible for reporting and paying taxes due, except in Alabama, California, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, All shipments Freight on Board (FOB) Burlington, NC. Risk of loss is on the Purchaser during transport and shipment. Title to, and ownership of, all goods passes from Seller to Purchaser in Burlington, North Carolina, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, Purchaser. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY All items are inspected prior to shipping and are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. All returns must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours in order to obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on your package. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all merchandise returned without an authorization number. All merchandise must be returned in resalable condition. We are not responsible for return postage.
