Pumpkin Bread It’s October and that means pumpkins! This delicious pumpkin bread is packed with pumpkin flavor and fragrant autumn spices and your house will smell amazing all day. Ingredients • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg) • 1 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 & 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 1 & 1/2 cups granulated sugar • 2 large eggs Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x5” loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, toss together the flour, pumpkin pie
spice, baking soda and salt. Set aside 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. 1 & 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 & 1/2 cups granulated sugar, 2 large eggs 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined. 5. Spoon into prepared baking pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs and the top springs back when lightly touched. 6. Enjoy!
