Senior vice president HerbZimmerman of BRCwas responsible for the transaction and represented CMS. The owner, Tulfra Realty , was represented by in-house leasing agent, Sal Frassetto . “As a leading provider of do- mestic and international mail, airfreight and transportation services, Complete Manage- ment Solutions is expanding its operations with this newEdison location,” said Zimmerman. “The company already has two offices: one in Brooklyn and its headquarters inNewYorkCity.
