A tlanta Hawks star Kevin Willis has joined forces with Lauren Pelissier, an award- winning Event Designer/Planner, to create 42West Entertainment Group, a new event space focused on creating high-end events. The exclusive new event venue is located on Atlanta’s fast-growing west side and the trendy name is a combination of the venue’s location and Kevin’s Atlanta Hawks’s number 42. The venue was designed with the flexibility of being a transformative event space that can easily be transformed into every client’s ideal vision. 42West will serve an exclusive clientele hosting celebrity events, exclusive sports events, as well as corporate functions, product launches, photoshoots, social events, and red- carpet events. 42West has 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space with 3,000 square feet of exclusive outdoor event space. The venue’s indoor space can hold up to 550 for receptions, 450 seated, and 400 for conferences. The exclusive outdoor space can hold up to 250 for receptions, 150 for seated dinners, and 100 for lounge setting. Key amenities include valet and self-parking, an on-site event designer, an event manager, one green room, and offices. Pelissier has over 20 years of experience in the event planning and production industry, including owning and managing her own event design and production company, Kings Road Event Group. Last year, she was looking at taking her business to the next level and was looking to buy or rent an event venue. Willis and Pelissier met through a commercial real estate agent who was looking to rent a portion of the

building where Kevin’s flagship store Willis is located. After looking at the facility and talking to Willis about the nonprofit organization that he co-founded, the Atlanta Children’s Foundation benefiting children living in long-term foster care, Pelissier approached Willis with the idea of going into business together and creating an upscale event venue for high-end clients with a “give-back” component benefitting charitable organizations. Both partners have a long history of supporting charitable causes. Pelissier also founded a nonprofit organization, S’more Smiles, which provides summer camp experiences for children receiving medical treatments. Their mutual commitment to giving back to the community is a key factor in their partnership. One of the aspects that makes 42West so unique is that it was specifically designed to give back to the community. Every for-profit event will include a charity commitment with multiple nonprofits to choose from as beneficiaries. The goal is for paid events to be a funding stream to allow for Atlanta nonprofits to utilize the event space without having to pay a rental fee. No other event facility in Atlanta has this type of charitable commitment written into their business plan or supports the local community on this level. Kevin Willis: “I look forward to holding events benefiting the Atlanta Children’s Foundation as well as being able to offer the space to other charitable organizations without the rental cost. Relieving this cost for the organizations as well as providing them with an amazing space for their events will make it possible for more money to go directly to their efforts of helping those in need.”

42West will also target the film and entertainment industry in Georgia. The easily transformable 9,0000 square feet facility makes it the ideal location for film, television, commercial, brand activations, and online productions. Lauren Pelissier: “Georgia has become one of the biggest locations for film production in the world. It is what brought my family from California to Georgia as my husband is in the film industry.
