Board Attendance 100% Executive Committee Attendance 100% Planning Committee Attendance 100% List areas of expertise or special qualifications that will be of benefit to the ANCC: I had the honor of serving on the Board of Governors from 2011 to 2020. I was elected again in 2021 and served in a variety of roles on both the Membership and Governance Committees. In addition, I also served as the Chair of the Strategic Plan Subcommittee where I facilitated the Membership survey that was conducted in the Summer of 2022. Those results helped informed the Club’s Strategic Plan that was endorsed by the Membership at the annual meeting in October 2023. I was elected Chair of Planning in October 2023 with a goal of developing the Facilities Master Plan initiative outlined in the Strategic Plan that will help guide capital investment for the next ten years. This will encompass both obligatory (maintaining our facilities) and projects targeting enhancing the ANCC Member experience. Why do I want to serve on the Board of Governors: My family and I have enjoyed the Club and all it has to offer. I've seen my children grow through Junior Activities and the Swim and Dive program. As young adults, they both worked at the Club where they learned under the guidance of our excellent staff. My wife volunteered as the ANCC Dive Team representative to the CCSDA and served on the Aquatics Committee. We, as a family, are appreciative of all ANCC has provided and I would like to continue to serve on the Board to ensure other Members have that same positive experience we have had during our time at ANCC.
