Fairfax Task Force Committee Attendance 100% List areas of expertise or special qualifications that will be of benefit to the ANCC: I am deeply committed to serving the ANCC community. I feel that the combination of my professional capabilities with my personal experiences as a long-time ANCC member positions me to effectively represent various stakeholders of our membership in the furthering of the Club’s mission. Professionally, I have significant business, financial, leadership, and management experience developed throughout my 30+ year career in management consulting and financial services. I was fortunate to have been able to utilize my professional skills in support of the best interest of the national defense. While consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, I led a practice of economics and business analytics that supported senior decision makers with the then four branches of the Armed Services, the Coast Guard, the Intelligence Community, and many of the civilian agencies. In this role, I focused on government acquisition and economics around major information systems. I am proficient in cost management, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and performance management. While still in support of the military, for the past ten years I have focused my skills on operations and people management. I currently lead the digital payments operational teams at Navy Federal Credit Union and manage a team of over 80 individuals. Personally, my husband and I joined ANCC in 1992 as a young couple and raised our two children at the Club. Over the years, we participated in many of the important programs that ANCC has to offer, including Rainbow City, aquatics, and junior golf. My husband and I are active golfers and participate in Club events such as the Centennial Scramble, Mixed Couples events, and other tournaments. We reside between the two campuses and have made efforts to spend our time equally between the Fairfax and Arlington location. My interest in combining my professional skills and personal membership experience has led me to serve on ANCC committees as a volunteer. For the past two years, I have served on the Golf and Greens Committee as a non-voting liaison to the three women’s golf organizations. I provide input and feedback to the Committee on the perspective, preferences, and desires of these groups. I also am the communication channel to the organizations with regards to the vision and daily activities of the golf operations. I currently serve as a member of the Fairfax Task Force that is chartered to create a vision for the Fairfax Campus’ future based on trends in the country Club industry. I plan to leverage my business analytics and optimization background to ensure that we are utilizing our Fairfax campus and all of our resources to their fullest extent. I have very much enjoyed my experiences on Golf and Greens and the Fairfax Task Force and have seen the positive impact I have been able to generate by leveraging my professional and personal skills. I hope to be able to contribute on a wider scale in the service of our Club. Why do I want to serve on the Board of Governors: As a resident member of Army-Navy for over 30 years, I bring a well-rounded perspective and experience that well represents the Club membership. Growing up in a military family, I was immersed in, lived, and learned the military
