Board Attendance 100% Membership Committee Attendance 100% House Committee Attendance 88% List areas of expertise or special qualifications that will be of benefit to the ANCC: Growing up, I worked summers as a caddy and a bag room attendant at a country Club in my hometown. This experience first opened my eyes to the vast amount of work required around the clock to operate a golf course and a Country Club. During the last three years, I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and have served as a member or liaison on five different committees. My first term has been a valuable education in the Club’s operations, finances, and processes. I have also had the pleasure of developing close working relationships with the Club’s superb professional staff. In my prior term, I made several contributions to the Board’s efforts to continue incremental improvements to our Club. For the Membership Committee, I led a working group that made recommendations to add new requirements to our application process. As our membership grows, I have participated in other working groups to reform our membership categories. For two years on the Planning Committee, I participated in the annual capital budget planning process. On the House Committee, I helped revise policies regarding attire and electronic devices. Separately, I also had the opportunity to work with a renowned professional artist to create commemorative artwork to celebrate our Centennial.
