Business Update
Automation at Rushden
The first bagging machines have arrived and been installed at Rushden. The 2 x machines will initially be used for our customer Brand Alley. Rushden have also received new Pallite racking which is a more sustainable material.
New Parcelhub site in Leeds
The Parcelhub team are expanding with a new 11,000 sq.ft depot in Leeds. The site will initially be operated by 13 employees of which 10 are already working with us, and as the site grows, this will generate more job opportunities which will include supervisors, collections drivers and warehouse operatives.
15 employees from across our Bolton, Bedford and Bristol sites have started their journey on our new Level 2 Sortation Hub Apprenticeship scheme.

Relish signs exclusive deal with Deliveroo
Relish have recently signed an exclusive deal with Deliveroo, that offers brands the chance to send difficult-to- handle samples, such as chilled, alcohol, full-size, and short-dated products alongside Deliveroo deliveries direct to consumers. Read more about this exciting deal on Marvin.
We are pleased to announce we have so far committed to fund 251 apprenticeships in 76 different organisations.
We've invited small businesses in the areas near our sites to apply for funding for their own Level 2 to 5 apprenticeship schemes with a focus on early years learning, digital and engineering focused apprenticeships.This initiative allows us to help local organisations and residents to develop their talent and careers.

My View Whistl’s online portal where you can access and view all of your latest pay slips, personal pay documents, manage and store past payslips.
My Academy Whistl’s online training academy where you will complete your induction, have set modules to complete to help you develop within your role. An additional benefit after two years service that is designed to pay a tax-free lump sum of up to £15k should you be diagnosed / suffer and survive a defined, life-threatening illness such as a heart attack, stroke, or cancer for a 14-day period or longer, subject to the insurer’s terms. This is a company-paid type of insurance cover, and you are automatically covered upon your second PAYE service anniversary. This scheme is considered a taxable benefit by the HMRC, and this goes on your P11D. Note WFSW employees become eligible for this scheme from April 2023.
