Editorial

Since the launch of our training program in 200 0 , QCM has provided training to over 3 0,000 aviation professionals . The numerous participants we have taught reflects the need for continuous training, to maintain essential skills and meet regulatory requirements. Aviation regulations are constantly being updated, and our trainers diligently stay across any technical and regulatory changes to ensure the professionals they teach are receiving current information. QCM’s flexibility and responsiveness to the ever-changing aviation industry goes even further, i.e. in response to the incorporation of cybersecurity into legislative texts, QCM is offering a course to ensure aviation professionals understand the requirements and how to best integrate them into management systems. Always striving to expand our services through new accreditations, we’re thrilled that QCM has been certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of San Marino. As the world’s first independent San Marino CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization), QCM is now certified to offer consulting, as well as training, related to the requirements of this republic. Alongside our new course, “Continuing Airworthiness by San Marino CAR CAMO”, we have introduced another two courses for 2024: • Fatigue Risk Management • Root Cause Analysis QCM Part-147 Approval The adventure continues at QCM with the management of exciting new projects. With the extension of our approval to Thailand, QCM now offers training in Bangkok in partnership with WEFLY Academy, to fulfill the shortage of EASA certifying staff in Southeast Asia. QCM is also providing expertise and consulting related to basic training to the University of Geneva, which is currently undergoing certification by the Swiss civil aviation authority (FOCA). When it comes to aircraft qualification, QCM remains high in demand in Europe for type rating of business aircraft. Our instructors are an invaluable resource – As well as meeting the requirements of EASA regulations and Swiss national provisions, they are highly qualified, with a minimum of 30 years of experience within Part-145 MROs worldwide; Some of them are even former Field Representatives of renowned aircraft manufacturers in Europe. Instructors are recruited based on qualifications, competence assessments, and their experience, which is highly valued by certifying staff in training. It’s a lengthy process, but QCM has excelled at adapting to new challenges in the training market to meet the needs in the aviation industry.

We look forward to another exhilarating year as we continue to expand and grow our capabilities and partnerships; We hope to see you in our training!
