C-005 Human Factors Initial
This two-day initial training covers all aspects relating to human factors. The syllabus presented is in accordance with 145.A.30(e), AMC 2 145.A.30(e) and GM 1 145.A.30(e).
Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to: • Identify the relevant Human Factors (HF) in the operational environment • Describe what “complexity” means and what the implications are for organizations, as well as for individual tasks and responsibilities • Explain why HFs are important to aviation maintenance and the industry as a whole • Identify different types of errors, and discuss strategies to prevent them from causing failures • Explain the role of HFs in overall safety and well-being.

All Airworthiness Organizations (Part-CAMO/Part-CAO/Part-145/Part-147) personnel involved in Continuing
