QCM Training Program 2024

The initial Safety Management and Human Factors training provides participants with an understanding of human factors and safety issues within organizations approved under Annex Vc (Part-CAMO) and Annex II (Part-145). Safety elements related to continuing airworthiness management and maintenance will also be discussed. C-129 Safety Management & Human Factors Initial Training (Part- CAMO & Part-145)

Objectives

• All personnel from Part-CAMO, Part-145, and/or Part-CAO approved organizations • Authority personnel Using practical examples (occurrences, accidents, incidents, and investigations), participants will learn about organizations’ safety programmes and Human Factors principles. Participants will also learn how to actively contribute to safety when taking human limitations and performance into consideration.
