QCM Training Program 2024

The refresher Safety Management and Human Factors training provides participants with an understanding of human factors and safety issues within organizations approved under Annex Vc (Part-CAMO) and Annex II (Part-145). Safety elements related to continuing airworthiness management and maintenance will also be discussed. C-163 Safety Management & Human Factors Continuation Training (Part-CAMO & Part-145)

Objectives

• All personnel from Part-CAMO, Part-145 and/or Part-CAO approved organizations • Authority Personnel Using practical examples (occurrences, accidents, incidents and investigations), participants will receive a refresher training on Safety Management and Human Factors Principles. Participants will also review how they can actively contribute to safety when considering human limitations and human performance. • Fundamental understanding of continuing airworthiness management and maintenance • Participant must have completed the Safety Management and Human Factors Initial Training (see C-129)
