O-018 Airport Slot Coordination (Based on IATA SSIM Chapter 6)

This two-day course covers airport slot coordination principlesand best practices for seasonal schedule coordination, as well as ad-hoc and daily slot coordination.

• Airline scheduling personnel • Operations control personnel • BA/GA handling agents • Anyone else involved in the airport slot coordination process The objective of this course is to ensure that participants understand and embrace the principles and philosophy of the airport slot coordination system, its procedures, and its timelines. Participants will also learn the necessary skills to perform airport slot coordination duties in scheduled planning and operations control departments of operators.
