Q-012 Safety and Quality Auditors for Continuing Airworthiness
Using theory and practical use cases, this one-day course will introduce participants to the EASA framework and technical requirements in relevant Parts of Continuing Airworthiness, as well as providing an overview of Quality and Safety Management Systems in Aviation (Continuing Airworthiness organizations), Documentation Systems, Audit Techniques, and the Qualifications required to be Internal Auditor.
All personnel working within Continuing Airworthiness Organizations (Part-CAMO/Part-145/Part-CAO/Part-147), e.g. Nominated Personnel, Quality Managers, Compliance Monitoring Managers, and internal auditors By the end of this course, participants will have learnt: • how to manage the compliance of the technical requirements of Continuing Airworthiness organizations (Part-145/Part- 147/Part-CAMO/Part-CAO) • tasks involved in a Safety and Quality Systems (Continuing Airworthiness Organizations) • the definition of “soft” and “hard” skills required to Audit an organization and subcontractors • audit techniques
