G-012 Train the Trainer Refresher
This course’s content focuses on different problems faced by the instructor in their daily practice, on the evolution of teaching methods versus the human performance concern, and on new topics.
Objectives
This course aims to maintain and update the instructor’s competencies to further enhance aspects involved in training such as course-design, animation, communication, and evaluation. Through practical workgroups, and reminders of topics from the initial training, the participants will share their experiences and profit from others’ best practices.
Target Group/s
This course is for experienced instructors only.
Pre-Requisites
Partipants must be qualified instructors
Note : A personal laptop is required.
