Raised among the Inuit people of the Canadian Arctic and trained as a marine biologist, Nicklen’s lifelong commitment to documenting the planet’s polar regions and oceans was further strengthened by the launch of his SoHo gallery, the Peter Nicklen Gallery, on Earth Day 2017. DUGGAL’S ROLE Duggal prepared 18 perfectly refined images and completed 18 clear Plexiglass frames with aluminum backing—all within 24 hours. Each piece was then professionally packed and delivered to the new gallery space in time for the soft opening.
