Best Western Robert Treat Hotel
“The Robert Treat enjoys a robust amount of repeat guest business, and set out to provide a program that rewards our guests for their loyalty,” Shah Deen , Best Western Robert Treat Hotel said. “One of the most attractive parts of this offering is that it is ‘frictionless.’ Our customers don’t need to do anything other than swipe their cards. Cartera analyzes the transaction data and automatically credits their accounts.” The industry’s largest card- linked advertising network, Of- ferLink markets offers to more than 150 million consumers – in- cluding 65 million active, linked cards – to help businesses ac- quire and retain customers. “We partner with loyalty programs and then provide an avenue for local businesses like the Robert Treat Hotel to reach the mem- bers of these programs via email and mobile websites,” explained Ryan Hoppe , director of mar- keting for Cartera Commerce. “In that respect, OfferLink not only rewards loyalty, but also provides a great opportunity to attract new customers.” Cartera Commerce works with merchants across a range of industries. “Hotels are great partners for OfferLink because of the travel connection with consumers looking to earn fre- quent flyer miles,” Hoppe noted. “We are pleased to add the Rob- ert Treat to our base of quality merchants.” The Berger Organization ’s flagship hotel property, the Robert Treat Hotel, is located at 50 Park Place in Newark.
