Former Senior Executive Vice President Arlene Esposito Honored for Nearly 20 Years of Service TriState Commercial Alliance installs 2013 slate of officers and directors

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — TriState Commercial Alliance, the premier commercial real estate organization for REALTORS and brokers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, has announced the installation of its 2013 officers and directors. During the organization’s annual holiday reception, held at Kershner Office Furniture in King of Prussia, TriState Pennsylvania Vice President Paul Garvey of Cushman & Wakefield oversaw the swearing in of 2013 TriState President J. Gregory Ellis, CCIM of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International; 2013 Director Amy Hawley of Hawley Realty, Inc.; and 2013 NJ Vice President John Garruto of Capital Realty Consultants. Additionally, TriState used the holiday reception, which was attended by more than 60 commercial real estate industry professionals, as an opportunity to honor former Senior Executive Vice President Arlene Esposito, who received an award for nearly 20 years of service and dedication to the organization.

“Our holiday reception was a great opportunity to reflect on the long list of things accomplished by TriState in 2012, while also allowing us to look forward to an exciting 2013 filled with new opportunities to both educate our members and provide significant networking benefits,” said Elvira Illiano-Trovato, who serves as TriState’s Executive Director. “We also are extremely pleased to honor Arlene for her outstanding service and commitment over the years in helping to grow TriState into the full-service organization that it is today.” Throughout the event, TriState collected unwrapped toys for the Montgomery County Department of Children and Youth to help meet the non-basic needs of children in foster care, as well as for other needy Montgomery County children and families. Additionally, a raffle was held, with prizes donated by Continental Bank and Bruer Kershner of Kershner Office Furniture, who also provided the venue for the event. “We’d like to thank everyone who helped make our holiday reception a huge success,” Illiano-Trovato said. “The toys collected will go a long way towards ensuring that the less fortunate children in our community will have a gift to open this Christmas.” TriState caters to the professional needs of the region’s commercial real estate professionals through legislative advocacy, commercial-specific education, networking opportunities and other resources. Beyond offering specialized course offerings, TriState seeks to advance the financial well-being, industry stature and professional growth of each member by providing them with opportunities to network at special events and hone their expertise through unique, industry-oriented seminars.
