ALLENTOWN, PA — As the property manager for the Integrated Health Cam- pus facility, located in Al- lentown, PA, Jim Walter of NAI Summit is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building management. This year, Jim added another task to his list of things to do, Toys for Tots. JimWalter coordinated the Toys for Tots at the Integrated Health Campus facility this year. Starting in mid November, Jim had assigned strategic locations throughout the building to allow toy drop off. By December, the facil- ity contained over 20 boxes filled with toys that the Marines collected for needy children in the community nation in Pittsburgh.
