My Collabera Journey I joined Collabera in August 2023 as a Senior Account Manager. By May 2024, I was promoted to Strategic Account Manager. I didn’t start with a major account, I earned it. A key milestone was reviving the AT&T MSA and growing it by $50K, which opened the door to bigger wins. Million Dollar Club Milestone I reached the Million Dollar Club in under two years. AT&T was the turning point, not just the deal si z e, but my shift to top-down selling. Once I focused on decision-makers, the growth followed. Inspiration for Future Talent Fail fast. Learn faster.
