Il y avait notamment des compétitions d’hommes forts de même qu’une compétition de sciage de billots à l’aréna de Clarence Creek. À l’extérieur se déroulait la traditionnelle course de voitures sur glace, dimanche. Celle-ci a attiré près de 800 spectateurs et 155 participants. Les résultats pour les différentes catégories:
1er John A. 2e Gaëtan Faubert de Hammond 3e David Gravel de Sarsfield L’un des membres du comité organisateur, Gaëtan Pagé, s’est dit satisfait du déroulement du dernier week-end. «Tout s’est très bien passé », a noté M. Pagé.

Le 44 e Carnaval de Clarence Creek, organisé par le Club Lions, s’est conclu le week-end dernier. Plusieurs activités étaient au menu pour bien clore les festivités.
