Today, the Innovation Committee is focused on education, both how we educate ourselves and how we educate our clients about real estate and entrepreneurship. We are living through an artificial intelligence revolution, one of the most disruptive periods in modern history. It is also an era of digital currency and heightened social tension. Our Division is exploring seminars, webinars, and events that equip sports and entertainment clients with real estate knowledge that supports both their success and ours. One of the most meaningful aspects of real estate is helping people use it as a vehicle for a better lifestyle and long term success. Our Division focuses on sports and entertainment clients and how they use real estate to support lifestyle goals and investment strategies. Innovation is essential to this mission as we continue to increase our impact, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and build a movement that delivers unparalleled value to sports and entertainment clients.

Innovation sits at the heart of every great company, division, team, and entrepreneur’s vision. At its core, innovation is creation. How do we create value for the agents in our Division? How do we create value for the remarkable clients they serve? Most importantly, innovation is about doing things better. I often ask my team: how do we disrupt for good? The greatest dangers in entrepreneurship are complacency and standing still. The Innovation Committee within the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division exists to ensure we never stand still.
The strength of the Sports & Entertainment Division begins with the people inside it. Compass S&E is known as one of the most selective communities within the company — not simply because of production, but because of the character and care our members bring to their work. The Membership Committee has the privilege of helping steward that culture. While performance is important, it is only part of the story. We look closely at how an agent leads, how they collaborate, how they navigate sensitive situations, and how they show up when the stakes are high.
