The care, thought, and shared purpose behind the work we do together is what gives it meaning. In a world shaped by extraordinary talent and high-profile lives, the home becomes something more than a place—it becomes art. It is where talent rests, trains, and recharges. It reflects the highest expression of lifestyle, just as a museum offers beauty we carry with us through life’s turbulence. For our clients, the home is a work of art because it restores and protects—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It resets, revives, motivates, and offers sanctuary. It is also where we gather, entertain, and share life’s greatest treasures. We spend our days networking, performing, collaborating, and engaging at the highest levels—only to return home and take in the beauty of it all. As we move forward, our focus is simple: to go deeper into the art of our craft and to continue strengthening our brand for the love of it. Every detail is thoughtfully considered so that each Small Group feels meaningful, relevant, and aligned with who we are as an S&E Division. This level of care, collaboration, and trust is what sets our Division apart. The work isn’t always visible, but its impact is felt throughout the S&E community and Compass as a whole. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and grateful for the leaders who continue to show up, invest in others, and elevate the standard of what this Division can be.

This year, Compass Sports & Entertainment reached new heights.
Small Groups are where connection comes before the transaction.
We expanded our presence both internally and externally—doubling our exposure, deepening our referral network, and growing meaningful media partnerships. Through it all, we remained anchored in what matters most to us: discretion, collaboration, and excellence. Quality has always guided our work, and we continue to choose intention over scale. We are deeply grateful for our long- standing partners and for the new relationships we’ve been fortunate to build. Every connection matters to us.
In a Division defined by excellence, discretion, and collaboration, Small Groups help create space for real relationships to form—where trust is built not through transactions, but through consistency, shared experiences, and honest conversation. These smaller settings allow members to show up fully, learn from one another, and grow together in ways that simply can’t happen at scale. What continues to impress me most is the commitment behind the scenes. Our committee members lead without ego, with intention, and with a genuine desire to serve the Division as a whole.
