THE CURRENT | JANUARY 2026

Each year, employees are evaluated based on their role and job description. The annual performance review process includes a self-assessment and incorporates feedback, achievements, progress toward goals, and areas for improvement. Frenchman’s Creek uses the following performance ratings to assess performance: COMPLETE YOUR SELF-EVALUATION IN ADP BY JANUARY 31, 2026

RATINGS

TIPS Tip #1: Complete your self-assessment timely Reflect on your contributions from the beginning of the year or discussions held with your Manager/Supervisor about your performance. Be honest and balanced with your self-assessment; acknowledge your strengths and specific achievements but also identify areas where you can improve. Proofread your self-assessment before submitting it to your Manager/Supervisor. Tip #2: Be prepared for your performance review ·Be prepared to accept constructive criticism and discuss ways to improve. Approach the review as an opportunity for growth. ·It’s also great opportunity to discuss your future goals and personal development plans. Please contact any member of the HR team for questions or assistance.

STAY HEALTHY! FEBRUARY WEBINARS FROM BETTER YOU!

CONGRATULATIONS PRECIOUS!

ELEVATING THE ALCHEMY EXPERIENCE The Food & Beverage team at Alchemy recently completed specialized training led by Pedro from Golden Elixir, designed to further enhance the member experience. As part of this initiative, the team explored creative and elevated beverage offerings that will soon be featured as pre-dinner cocktails or post-dinner nightcaps. Marco Jardim shared a preview through photos of some—though not all—of the exciting drinks that will be introduced, offering a glimpse of what members can look forward to. These innovative offerings are yet another clear example of how Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club continues to set the standard for industry-leading hospitality. A special thank you to Marco Jardim for sharing photos of his team featured in this issue, and for his continued leadership and creativity.
