You can access your forms electronically through ADP by logging in with your username and password. If you previously opted to receive paper copies, they have already been mailed and should arrive soon. Step 1 - Open ADP Stept 2 - Click on “myself” Setp 3 - Click on “Pay & Tax statements” Step 4 - Scroll down and access your W-2 & 1095-C on the bottom Paso 1 - Abre tu adp Paso 2 - Haz clic en “yo” Paso 3 - Haz clic en “declaracion de pago y de impuestos” Paso 4 - Encuentra tu W-2 & 1095-C en la parte inferior Etape 1 - Ouvrez votre adp Etape 2 - Cliquez sur “moi-meme” Etape 3 - Cliquez sur “releves de paie et d’impot Etape 4 - Faites defiler la page vers le bas et vos formulaires W-2 & 1095-C se trouveront en bas a gauche
